Excellence

We aim for excellence at all levels, from the quality of our programs to the competence of our teachers and the success of our students. We actively pursue a policy of research, monitoring, and innovation to enrich our teaching methods and optimize the transmission of valuable knowledge.

Collaboration

We believe in the power of collaboration by working with professional sectors, supervisory authorities, employer and institutional partners to ensure education that is adapted to current health issues, promoting the integration of each of our students.

Social Responsibility

We are determined to make a positive contribution to society by training responsible and exemplary healthcare professionals who are open to the world. Through the creation of dedicated programs and funding, we particularly emphasize the inclusion of all audiences.

We measure our success by the achievements of our students, as also their contributions to society.

As a mission-driven company, we integrate social, environmental, and societal goals into our purpose, bylaws, and economic model.
The B Corp movement was created to promote a new way of doing business, where success is measured in terms of collective well-being rather than solely by financial profit. Osteopathy

Research in the Field of Osteopathy

In France, osteopathy is evolving in a context where the demand for alternative care is growing. This recognition is contingent upon the need for robust scientific research, both to evaluate the effectiveness of osteopathic techniques and to understand their mechanisms of action.

Novetude is fully committed to this approach, through its seven osteopathy educational centers that are members of the Franç’Ostéo network. The creation of an association allows its researchers to pool and promote their work.

The Institut de Recherche Franc’Ostéo (IRFO) is a recognized institution in the field of osteopathic research in France. Founded in 2020, its mission is to promote and develop scientific research in this specific area of health. The IRFO plays an important role in advancing knowledge and practices in osteopathy.

By encouraging collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and academic institutions, the IRFO works to advance osteopathic research, thereby meeting the growing needs of a rapidly evolving profession.
Teaching

Research within our Nursing Aide Training Institutes (IFAS)

Our work within the IFAS is based on pedagogical research, exploring the most effective learning approaches and strategies to promote learners’ success, particularly through the use of AI-powered training platforms to improve memory retention.

Alongside evidence-based support for training practices, the training activities themselves contribute to the production of new knowledge. In this context, work is being done to integrate the development of professional identity in caregiving with the cultivation of emotional intelligence, a critical skill in healthcare practice.

Research is a cornerstone of the institute’s educational project. As such, students are introduced to research processes to raise awareness among these future professionals and to effectively contribute to advancing nursing science research.
